Jose Fana

President/Founder

Jose is an entrepreneur who has over 10 years of experience in the management and cleaning industry. He started Neighbor Cleaning Services from scratch because he saw a lack of residential and commercial cleaning and felt passionate about helping business owners reduce the stress of not having a clean facility.

Over the years of his career, he gained valuable experience which he has now transferred into his business. His mission with Neighbor Cleaning Services is to provide quality cleaning services, great customer service and help his clients provide a safe and clean environment at all times.

Yeimy Braddy Fana

Director of Operations/Marketing Specialist

Yeimy graduated from Salem State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She worked many years in the legal, and social services field. With additional studies in office administration, federal and state taxes, digital marketing, and social media marketing. Yeimy has combined all of her skills and experience to be involved with all aspects of Neighbor Cleaning Services with a focus on management, growth, and development.

Jose Fana Sr.

Office Accountant / Payroll

Mr. Fana has twenty-plus years of experience in the finance and business administration area. His responsibilities are to handle all of the accounting and payroll-related issues in Neighbor Cleaning Services.

Efrain Ortiz

Massachusetts Field Manager

Efrain has twenty years plus experience in residential and commercial cleaning. His responsibilities are the coordination and scheduling of Neighbor Cleaning Services Massachusetts team members and also the managing the night staff to make sure all cleaning tasks are completed and the facility is well maintained. and is always available to help resolve any issues.

Carlos Campusano

Massachusetts Field Supervisor

Carlos has over Seven years of experience as a supervisor of a cleaning. He works closely with the field manager in ensuring the cleanliness of all accounts.

Jenny Reynoso

New York Field Manager

Jenny has over fifteen years of experience in the legal and management field, in which she acquired many skills that she has carried on to other areas of her career. She now also specializes in residential and commercial interior design and is very passionate about the type of work she does. Her responsibilities are the coordination and scheduling of Neighbor Cleaning Services New York team members and also the managing the night staff to make sure all cleaning tasks are completed and the facility is well maintained. She is always available to help resolve any issues.

Wilson Salcedo

New York Field Supervisor

Better known as Engineer Salcedo, he is considered a pioneer in his area of industrial engineering and his work stands out for the environment and industrial safety. His responsibilities are to work closely with the Field manager to ensure the cleanliness of all accounts.
